This is an easy Christmas candy recipe. We call it White Trash.

Ingredients:
white chocolate
smaller amount of red and green chocolate for decorating
small pretzels
pecans
almonds
walnuts
dried cranberries

Other versions include choices of: raisons or any dried fruit, chex mix, miniature marsh mellows and any nut you care for. Just use whatever you like.

Melt enough white chocolate to cover the dry ingredients and then mix it all together. Spoon it onto parchment or wax paper to cool. Decorate the top the with red and green chocolate to give it the Christmas look. It's easy and the family loves it.

That is an old family favorite. We use pecans and peanuts and even gold fish.

We love this recipe. I did not get to make any this Christmas but it is certainly a favorite of ours. I've also made it at different times of the year and decorated it with different color chocolates. Purple, green, and gold for Mardi Gras. Red and blue for July 4th. Orange and black at Halloween, and so on. It's always a winner.
