Alabama Barbecue Sauce

Alabama is the only place I know of that uses a white barbecue sauce. They swear by it. I'm thinking of trying this one out this weekend.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup mayonaise
• 1 cup cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne

I'm having trouble with this one. It just don't seem right. Barbecue should be sweet and red. Hope Sabin is enjoying it.

That sounds like a recipe Paula Deen would enjoy. She puts mayo in just about everything. If you add a little butter, then I'm sure she would love it.
