This is a pie I make for family members that have Diabetes or who like to watch their diets. I hope you like it.
Almost Sugar Free Fat Free Turtle Pie
1 reduced fat graham cracker pie shell
1 large box of Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
2 cups Fat Free Milk
1 small container of Cool Whip Free
½ cup chopped pecans
6 Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Miniature Candy Bars
Caramel Sauce (I was unable to find one sugar free. If you find one let me know)
Put pudding mix in a bowl and add milk. Stir for 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Place in fridge for 15 minutes to help it set.
Chop pecans and shave the chocolate bars. Sprinkle half of each in the bottom of the pie shell. Drizzle a light amount of caramel sauce over the pecans and chocolate. Take pudding out of the fridge and fold in half of the container of Cool Whip. Pour into the pie shell. Take remaining Cool Whip and spread it over the top of the pie. Then sprinkle the remaining pecans and chocolate shavings on top of the pie and drizzle a small amount of caramel sauce. Chill a couple of hours or over night and serve!!!!
