BamaQ that's a fine looking steak. What is Weber sweet mesquite? Is it a seasoning or wood that you use on the grill. I love a steak that's crispy on the outside but still juicy. Yours looks perfect. What's your secret?

I have been craving steak the past 3 weeks, I didn't see any good cuts at the local store the other night. So I picked up a decent lookin sirlion and seared it on the grill for a few min and ate it up. Didn't look near as tantalizing as your Ribeye though. Looks tastey!

It's a rubs that I get at Sam's Club. Really good stuff.
