Sam's rotisserie chicken? I don't think seaux!!

My moms 82nd birthday today. The menu was chicken, potatoes with pearl onions, rosemary, red bell pepper, and fresh parmesan, shrimp on a stick, garlic bread. Extremely fudgy brownies with ice cream for desert

Stuck the chicken uncovered in the fridge overnight to dry the skin out a bit. Coated it with butter and then seasoned with Tony Chacere's. Put it on the Egg at 500f. Takes about an hour for the breast to get to 175f. The skin is real crispy and the meat is juicy. BTW - spit a couple 6" long pieces of sugar cane for smoke. Outstanding. Shrimp was simple. Soaked some bamboo skewers for about 30 minutes. Little olive oil and some DP Swamp Venom. Grilled about 5 minutes each side.

Real nice. After lunch my dad and I whipped up on my mom and my bride in a couple of games of cards. Not nice to do that to my mom on her burthday - LOL.
