Hello everyone. I googled "Cajun cooking forum" and here I am. I love to cook all kinds of food. I think the best tasting food in the world is from S. La. I have some friends down there that help me out and a guy from out church is from Houma. Anyway, I have many cooking pictures,videos to share with yall. I have to improvise many of the meals to what I can find down here in south Texas.. Corpus Christi exactly. I'll start my first cooking post with a Cajun meal.. This is a great place and I am glad I found it..!!! :)
