I know I've mentioned this place before but if you find yourself in Opelousas, La. you need to go to BACK IN TIME it's a quaint little lunch spot with an antique store. Last time I went I tried the Pearl Harbor Salad-it's a best seller. I'm a meat & potato guy but loved this salad. It's brimming with grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, strawberries, mixed greens, cheese, and crispy Chinese noodles. I couldn't eat it all but I tried! Oh and get the Italian Ice. It's fresh brewed iced tea with sweet italian ice, very refreshing.
