Good food is an absolute necessity for a restaurant to be successful. From there, you can fancy the joint up all you want, it's just lagniappe to me. Brother’s Bar-B-Q can’t even be called a restaurant. That would be too much of a stretch. There are no tables or dining room. It’s a food stand. But it’s a very cool food stand and it’s got the good food thing down pat.

This week’s cheeseburger trail led us to take a walk on the gourmet side. We had the Bleu Cheese Beaucoup De Burger at Bistro Byronz. Say that ten times! After trying it, I’d rather eat it ten times.
